Nothing special no frills clean accomidations. Friendly staff , great maintance staff that fixed my ac same say. Please change your muffins back to the original ones. The new ones are gross!
The only hotel that was onpen woth decent rates. Decent breakfast as well.
These guys were great! The two ladies that were working the evening of Aug 29th deserve some major praise!!! (I was busy with two dogs and two kids alone so I missed getting their names. :-( ) They were so friendly and made great suggestion on kid friendly places to eat and even told me about a VERY nice new dog friendly park to help burn some pent up driving energy. We drove down from Alaska. The rooms were clean and very comfy. You could here doors slamming in the morning but everything else was quiet. The breakfast was very nice as well. I will be planning my next trip up to Alaska around staying here. In fact because of your staff we may plan an extra full days stay in your beautiful town of Whitecourt.
They didnt have record of the reservation that was made online. The room wasnt as clean as it should have been. There were no screens on the window.
Our vehicle broke down six hours from home and the latest check out they would accommodate us with was noon, five hours before our ride could pick us up. Quite disappointed.
