The room was clean and tidy but the bed was an absolute rock! Neither of us slept a wink and we can barely stand up straight morning this

Room was clean but front desk staff not helpful at all. Worked a 12 hr day and came back to have a hot shower and no hot water, called the front desk and she was rude and said what do u want me to do about it ? Well check ur pilot light did it go out?? Nope nothing.. this happened 3 different times so never again. Pay good money and cant even have a hot shower? Also Kitchenette lacking for supplies... no forks, dirty dishes, and no microwave??? Weird!!!!
Really nice place to stay, laundry and a pool on site, and fireplace in room. It's not a real sound proof kind of place so hopefully your a deep sleeper.
