I purchased a used Chevy and was told it had been inspected and certified, Did 550km on it, noticed to pulled to the left while stopping, got the wheel off and noticed the break pad was down to the steel and starting to damage the Rotor. I checked the other side and almost new pads.Two issues an inspection would have seen.I do not like to give a bad review but you told me it had been inspected good to go. I would have preferred to be told it needs new pads.
By far the BEST experience I've ever had with a service department. I moved to the city, and this is one of the places I missed the most. Prompt, fast,professional service. They went the extra mile for me even when I didn't have an appointment and made sure I was taken care of.
The sales team are good to work with, if you have any questions or concerns with anything they will not hesitate to explain anything to you. The sales team are the face of the dealership and they certainly do it well. Peter in sales was very helpful and also super accommodating to my work schedule in regards to meetings, test drives, etc. I highly reccomend making a visit to him. They are very upfront about everything, unlike other dealerships that will try to take every dollar that they can from you. They care about their customer base, and overall are a great dealership to deal with. So far so good. Nice shuttle service and great tire prices for Coopers. Updated. So found out Coopers where going to be a little too big, so with no issue at all they brought me in BFG ko2s 34x12.5r18 at the best price in town, I found. Casey in parts real nice guy, service crew seem solid, front desk staff friendly. Good beverages provided in waiting lounge.
Got me in for an oil change on short notice even when they were booked up! Friendly and not pushy sales staff. Had a great visit to this dealership
