They are just fantastic. It was a very positive experience and I got to buy the nicest truck I've ever owned for a price I couldn't believe. Highly recommend this place.
Im from out of town, my check engine came on and I asked if they had a chance to scan it to see whats up. Ya sure, bring it by at 9:00, well quickly scan it and see whats up. I drop it off, and mention that its due for an oil change. I ask if they have time to do that as well. They tell me they do. Great! I call at 10:30 and theyre just looking at it now!! Looks like the oil change is done already he says, that takes an an hour at least. Why in the world do you book an appointment if it means nothing? Im so sick and tired of businesses who treat you like an afterthought.........
Most difficult dealership I have delt with I Own a ford a Chevrolet and a dodge For something as simple as a seatbelt extension when I go to ford or Chevrolet its as easy as giving them a year and model and it is free no questions asked I go to Whitecourt dodge they make it so complicated that you walk out the door without it and they want $50 for it Will NOT be purchasing a vehicle or parts there !!!!
