Very friendly staff, even offered to squeeze the appointment in that very day if it got more serious. I've taken one of my mice and hedgehog to Dr. Bogdan, and he's been a joy to talk to. Very practical perspective and genuinely willing to help me and my pets, not just for the money. Compared to another vet that doesn't specialize in exotics the baseline exam price is the same. However here I have been given a syringe full of supplement, skin scraping, and an in depth exam under light anesthetic for no extra charge, while at another vet a skin scraping was 20 dollars on top of the exam price. It can get busy and crowded at times, but if you schedule for a quieter day then there's no rush. I absolutely recommend this for at least exotic/pocket pets outside of Edmonton.

Fantastic clinic under Dr. Bogden. Unfortunately for us he retired. Wish him all the best in his retirement. First experience with new vet went poorly, we had to go elsewhere.
