Had to stop over yoga session at this place when I was working in Whitecourt and was happily surprised at the positions they were using and the facility. The instructor was great and gave you lots of options of what positions to use depending on what level you were at I would definitely recommend this place to beginners and those that have been practicing for a while

A nice yoga studio. I was working in Whitecourt for two weeks and was able to squeeze in three classes: morning flow (early!) with Brittany and two classes with Tammy (the yin class was so relaxing). A great experience and a very welcoming spot. Highly recommend.
