Phoned at about 11am today, Christmas eve, to see if it would be possible for some flowers to be delivered to my grandparents. If they'd said no, I wouldn't have been miffed since it was my own fault I procrastinated on it and boxing day or the 27th would have had to do.But they said no problem, took the information, and sure enough a couple hours later I receive a voicemail from my Grandma saying how beautiful the centrepiece they received was, and getting a bit choked up as she spoke.Fabulous Flowers, you helped make an elderly couple's Christmas a little brighter, and I thank you for your quick and friendly service!
