Held the room with a credit card but paid cash when we checked in to the room. Was assured by the later afternoon clerk & the morning clerk my card would be credited. Didnt happen. My mistake (after a 14 hour drive) not making clerk sign that we paid cash. Not cool!!!!
Stayed one night on the way to Edmonton, was very happy with both the hotel and restaurant. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was included. We arrived 15 minutes late for the breakfast cut-off, but thought we'd ask to see if we could still get the free meal - the owner not only said yes, but then encouraged us to order anything from the menu instead of just the basic included breakfast. Was happily surprised and impressed - will definitely stop by again on the way back through.
Just met for coffee. Staff was great. Coffee was good.
First time visiting. Super quick and friendly service. Our food came quickly, hot, and very satisfying. Will definitely go back. If you ever question this little restaurant to humptys across the street, save your time. Go to the Ritz. You wont be disappointed.
We stopped here for lunch on our way through and were pleasantly surprised. The prices were very reasonable and the food was good. The waitress was friendly and competent. The cafe was clean and well kept. The bathroom was clean which is always important to a traveller! I would definitely recommend the Ritz to other travellers.
